Training FAQs


The training works best on a personal computer.  If you are using a phone or tablet you may run into technical issues.

It is recommend that you set two hours aside to complete the training.  You may encounter technical issues if you try to start/stop the training.

If you experience technical issues try these steps PRIOR to calling Human Resources for technical support.

1.  READ the email you received thoroughly to make sure you are following login instructions
2. Clear browser cache (on your keyboard simultaneously press Ctrl+Shift+Delete and then follow the prompts)
3. Close unnecessary browser windows and applications that may be consuming resources
4. Try a different internet browser (i.e. Chrome or Edge)

Your Login Name is your email:

I forgot my password
1.  Use the password that you received in the email from
     Niagara County NY  <No-reply@percipio.com>

 Passwords are reset every year so if you have saved a password it will no longer  work.

2.  Click Need help logging in to reset your password

4.  You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.  Follow the instructions and then try logging in again.

5.  If you still cannot log in please contact one of the following:

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the training?
The Harassment Prevention for Employees training is approximately 90 minutes long.

The Harassment Prevention for Managers training is approximately 105 minutes long.

The Workplace Violence Prevention training is approximately 20 minutes long.

It is recommended that you set aside enough time to complete the training all at once since you may encounter technical difficulties if you start/stop the course.
Can I take the training at any time?
The training website is available 24/7; however, we recommend that employees complete the training at work on their County issues computer.  You may encounter technical issues if you use a phone or tablet.

Please note that Sheriff's Office employees should follow management instructions with regard to when/how to complete the training.
Do I have to give my manager proof that I completed the course?
No.  Human Resources runs reports regularly and shares them with departments as needed to verify the status training completion.
How do I print my course completion certificate?
Click your Profile in the top right corner of your screen.
Click in the My Learning link.

Click the three dots next to the course you completed.
Click Download Certificate.
Recent activity
Is there a test that I must pass?
To successfully complete the training you must complete the course and pass the assessment at the end.

Technical Support Troubleshooting FAQs

Video keeps getting stuck
We are aware that the video may get stuck at 45% for some users.  If this happens, please logout and try a different device and/or browser.  We recommend that employees complete the training on their County issued computer rather than a personal phone or tablet.
