Training FAQs
The training works best on a personal computer. If you are using a phone or tablet you may run into technical issues.
It is recommend that you set two hours aside to complete the training. You may encounter technical issues if you try to start/stop the training.
If you experience technical issues try these steps PRIOR to calling Human Resources for technical support.
1. READ the email you received thoroughly to make sure you are following login instructions
2. Clear browser cache (on your keyboard simultaneously press Ctrl+Shift+Delete and then follow the prompts)
3. Close unnecessary browser windows and applications that may be consuming resources
4. Try a different internet browser (i.e. Chrome or Edge)

The Harassment Prevention for Employees training is approximately 90 minutes long.

No. Human Resources runs reports regularly and shares them with departments as needed to verify the status training completion.
