Niagara County Employment & Training operates Niagara’s WorkSourceOne, the county’s primary workforce development initiative dedicated to connecting job seekers and businesses with the resources they need to succeed. WorkSourceOne serves as a central hub for employment, training, re-employment, and recruitment services throughout Niagara County.

Through our two One-Stop Career Center locations, WorkSourceOne brings together a network of workforce development partners to deliver a coordinated and accessible system of services. By integrating programs, expertise, and community resources, we are able to provide comprehensive support to both individuals seeking employment and employers looking to grow and strengthen their workforce.

For job seekers, WorkSourceOne offers guidance, tools, and opportunities to help individuals enter the workforce, advance in their careers, or transition to new employment. Our services support individuals who are unemployed, underemployed, or affected by layoffs or business closures, as well as those looking to develop new skills through training and career exploration. From job search assistance and career counseling to training opportunities and skill development, our team works with individuals to help them achieve sustainable employment and long-term career success.
