Exam results generally are not received for at least ninety (90) days.  Please do not call the office asking about results.  If the eligible list is not found online then we have not received results. 

If you completed an online application and chose to mail a check or money order, it should be made payable to Niagara County Civil Service and mailed to 111 Main Street - Suite G2, Lockport, NY 14094.

Electronic correspondence (admission notices, canvass letters, grade letters, etc.) is sent from noreply@niagara.mycivilservice.com so please add this to your address book so messages aren't sent to your Junk Mail.  The subject will be Niagara County Civil Service – New Letter. Please be sure to open and respond appropriately to all correspondence.
