The Physical Agility test for Police Officer for the Town of Lewiston is scheduled for Friday, July 17, 2026 at 9:00AM.
YOU SHOULD REPORT TO THE LEWISTON POLICE DEPARTMENT AT, 4059 CREEK ROAD, YOUNGSTOWN, NY 14174.

Candidates are not required to be examined by their personal physician but may be examined by a physician at WNY Occupational Medicine (Lockport); Immediate Care/Urgent Care facilities, etc.  You must bring the completed medical form to the Law Enforcement Academy on the day of the test.

If you cannot attend the physical agility test, you must provide written documentation to civilservice@niagaracounty.com.

Physical Agility Test Waivers are good for one year and can be emailed to civilservice@niagaracounty.com.
