Health Department Introduces Niagara County Resource Guide: Your Map to Community Support

The Niagara County Department of Health is excited to announce the launch of the Niagara County Resource Guide, a new tool designed to connect community members with vital local resources and services.
This user-friendly Resource Guide provides easy access to a range of essential services, from pharmacy locations and medication disposal sites to nearbyResource Guide.11.1.24 facilities accepting SNAP and WIC food benefits. With just a few clicks, users can locate nearby services and quickly find contact information to get the help they need.

A standout feature of the Resource Guide is its interactive map display, visually pinpointing the locations of service providers and facilities across Niagara County. This map makes it easy to find what you are looking for and ensures that support is always within reach.
In addition to listing services, the Resource Guide provides insights into factors affecting population health across our community. By highlighting these key health issues, we hope to foster a greater understanding and build toward a healthier Niagara County.
“Public health is about coming together as a community. Understanding the factors that impact our health is just the beginning,” said Daniel J. Stapleton, Public Health Director. “When we join forces, share programs, and pool resources, we can drive positive change for the residents of Niagara County.”
We will add new services to the Resource Guide as they are identified.  Please contact us at tracy.fricanochalmers@niagaracounty.com with any suggestions or edits to the services included.
Whether you are looking for assistance, or simply want to learn more about our community, the Niagara County Resource Guide is here to help. Visit https://niagaracounty.gov/NCRG to explore the wealth of resources available at your fingertips.
