Developers Encouraged to Register for Main Street, Niagara Falls "Fam Tour"

The City of Niagara Falls, through its Urban Renewal Agency, in partnership with New York State, Niagara County, Niagara University, and NORLIC, has acquired key properties around the North End of Main Street. This initiative aims to revitalize the historic commercial district through a collaborative effort involving public, private, and non-profit sectors. Future development will follow a strategic plan ensuring accountability and project viability, with development enforcement mortgages required for all projects.  Register here.
