County Clerk Jastrzemski says NYS Enhanced ID is a REAL ID

Statement from Niagara County Clerk Joe Jastrzemski:   "County Clerks across New York State are aware that there appears to be some confusion with TSA agents at airports in other parts of the country telling travelers that their Enhanced ID is not a REAL ID. This is incorrect. TSA is aware of this problem and is attempting to ensure all of their agents are properly informed.
