Legislature recognzies Chairman Wydysh as she presides over her last meeting

Niagara County Legislature Chairman Becky Wydysh presided over her last meeting on Tuesday night as she did not seek re-election to the Legislature and her term expires at the end of the month.  The Legislature gave Becky a standing ovation and thanked her for her decade of service to Niagara County.

Majority Leader Randy Bradt said, “No one has led this Legislature with the level of care, expertise and dedication, and a love for what she did, like Becky, especially as she led us through the pandemic.  She will be truly missed and we wish her the very best in her future endeavors.  Thank you for everything you did for this Legislature and the people of Niagara County.

Minority Leader Chris Robins said “I agree with what Randy said.  Niagara County is not a better place without you as chair.  No matter what side a person came from, Republican or Democrat, you ran this body with civility and honor.”
