NYSAC Recognizes Legislator Elder

"Elder was elected to the Niagara County Legislature in 2021, representing the 4th District in Niagara Falls. Niagara County recently hosted our annual Fall Seminar, which was a tremendous success thanks to the warm welcome and partnership of county leaders like Elder and his colleagues.
A proud Niagara Falls native, Elder began his career in service to our nation by enlisting in the U.S. Air Force after high school. Rising through the ranks, Sgt. Elder earned the distinction of serving as a crewmember on Air Force One under Presidents George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and George W. Bush, logging more than 6,000 flying hours and earning numerous honors. After retiring from the military, he continued his service in federal government roles at the Pentagon, FEMA, the New York State Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of State.
